Tennis at home keeps Rob Autry, Swing CEO, active and healthy.

Athletes across the Triangle are benched.  Tennis matches and practices are canceled and most courts closed. Rob Autry, Founder & CEO of Swing Racquet + Paddle, gives CBS17 some tips on how to stay active — even off the courts. He also gives host,  Joanna Heims, an update on Swing Racquet + Paddle!

  1. Set a routine
  2. Get outside and move!
  3. Play tennis at home
  4. Jump rope
  5. Ride a bike
  6. Take a walk on the Raleigh Greenway system
